President, Peakhill Equity Partners
Jonah Belkin is President of Peakhill Equity Partners, Peakhill’s equity investment platform. Jonah leads sourcing, structuring, and execution of all of Peakhill’s equity investments, with a focus on ground-up and value-add development projects.
Prior to founding Peakhill Equity Partners, Jonah was at Tricon Residential, where he led origination, underwriting, and asset management for Tricon Residential’s development business in the US, as well as other investment initiatives. Prior to this, Jonah was a Senior Vice President at AECOM Capital in New York City, where he focused on Co-GP real estate investments. He also worked in real estate at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan.
Jonah holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He is a member of the ULI Urban Revitalization Council and the Cornell Real Estate Council.
President & CEO, Peakhill Capital
Harley Gold is President & CEO of Peakhill Capital. Harley has closed in excess of $17B in loans in over 3,500 deals over the past 20 years in Canada and the US. Harley has extensive financing experience in all real estate asset types including multi-family, senior housing, retail, industrial, hospitality, and land development.
Prior to founding Peakhill Capital, Harley was the Vice President of Business Development at CMLS Financial for 11 years, where he originated for institutional accounts, including RBC and PHN. Harley also worked for 6 years at a US mortgage banking firm, and was successful bringing US lenders into the Canadian market.
Harley holds a Master of Business Administration from Canisius College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto. Harley is a founding director and the Chairman of the Board of Lighthouse Credit Union, a new credit union formed in 2022 focused on servicing the Jewish community.
Senior Vice President, Peakhill Equity Partners
Paul Heydweiller is Senior Vice President of Peakhill Equity Partners focusing on sourcing, underwriting, and executing new equity investments in Canada and the United States. He brings to the role over 15 years of experience in real estate development, investments, and consulting.
Paul joined Peakhill from prominent New York City multi-family developer/manager Rose Associates, where he helped lead the acquisition, development, and financing of the firm’s $2B development pipeline encompassing 3M square feet and nearly 2,000 residential units. Prior to Rose Associates, Paul worked for the Related Companies in Chicago and a boutique valuation consulting firm in Southern California.
Paul holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, and a Master in Real Estate Development from Cornell University.
Senior Associate, Peakhill Equity Partners
Ryan Goren is a Senior Associate at Peakhill Equity Partners focusing on underwriting and executing new equity investments in Canada and the US. He brings over 10 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management and banking.
Prior to joining Peakhill Equity Partners, Ryan was an Asset Manager with Emma Capital, where he managed a value-add portfolio and acquisitions of large US multi-family properties across the Atlanta and Nashville markets. Prior to this, Ryan was with Scotiabank’s Commercial Real Estate Lending group in Toronto where he managed $1B in real estate loans across a range of multi-family, construction financing, industrial and retail assets.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario, and an MBA from the Ivey Business School. Ryan is a licensed realtor with the Real Estate Council of Ontario.
Associate Vice President, Capital Markets
Josh Robins is Associate Vice President, Capital Markets at Peakhill Capital & Peakhill Equity Partners (PEP) and is responsible for the firm’s capital raising efforts and strategic partnerships for PEP’s Co-GP and JV equity deals throughout Canada and the US.
Prior to joining Peakhill, Josh worked at Lastman’s Bad Boy as an Account Manager in the commercial division focused on single and multi-family developments. He was pivotal to the commercial division’s significant growth during his time there. He gained valuable experience working with developers and construction managers. Prior to Lastman’s Bad Boy, Josh was an Associate on the origination team at CMLS Financial, focusing on underwriting and due diligence.
Josh graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He also holds of Master of Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
Analyst
Meagan Liu is an Analyst on the equity team at Peakhill Capital, where she supports the underwriting, analysis, and execution of Co-GP and JV real estate private equity transactions in the United States as part of the Peakhill Equity Partners platform.
Prior to joining Peakhill, Meagan was an analyst on the real estate investments team at Forum Asset Management, where she supported acquisitions, asset management, and development opportunities across student housing and multifamily assets. Her internship experiences include Peakhill Capital, Dawson Partners and KingSett Capital, where she developed experience in private equity through both real estate and secondaries.
Meagan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business with the D.I. McLeod Dean’s List Scholarship. She also placed first in the TRREA Expand Your Empire Real Estate Development Competition in 2025, taking home the top prize of $10,500.
Associate
Camille is an Associate at Peakhill Equity Partners, where she focuses on underwriting and executing Co-GP and JV equity investments in ground-up and value-add real estate development projects across the United States and Canada.
Before joining Peakhill, Camille was a Senior Analyst in the Office of the Chief Investment Officer at a $25B Canadian public pension fund, where she gained extensive experience in both public and private markets through rotations in Capital Markets, Real Estate, and Sustainable Investing. Prior to a career in investments, Camille completed internships at an international law firm headquartered in Hong Kong, and a software engineering company in Toronto.
Camille holds a joint Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business at York University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University.
