Through its entrepreneurial structure, flexible balance sheet, development expertise, and strategic relationship with Peakhill Capital (lending arm), Peakhill seeks to identify equity investment opportunities with superior risk-adjusted returns through the capital structure.

- Peakhill Investment Size: Up to $10 million
- Total Project Capitalization: Up to $200 million
- Investment Period: Flexible
- Investment Structure: Co-GP Equity or Priority Equity
- Sponsor Co-Investment: Flexible to create alignment between partners
- Target Leverage: 60% to 75% of total capitalization
- Credit Enhancement: Peakhill can utilize its balance sheet to sign completion guarantees
- Geographic Focus: Key cities in the United States and Canada
